Refund policy

Ben has a 2-day return policy

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unworn and unused
•  With tags, and in its original packaging
  
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return

Will not be accepted

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon reception

And contact ben immediately if:

• The item (s) is defective, damaged or wrong

 So that ben can make the issue right

Exceptions / non-returnable items

These items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
• Digital products (such as downloads)
• Personal care goods
• Ben does not accept returns for tech items
  
  Sale items or gift cards are also not returnable
